The workhorse of the kitchen

Cabinets are storage, structure, and style all at once.

Kitchen cabinetry does more than hold your dishes — it sets the layout, carries the counters, and defines the look of the whole room. Stock boxes come in fixed sizes and leave filler-strip gaps; cabinetry built to your walls uses every inch and lines up clean.

We design the cabinetry around how you cook — where the trash goes, how the pantry opens, which drawer holds the pots — then build it, finish it, and install it as one team. Because it ties into the counters, lighting, and trim, keeping it under one roof means everything meets where it should.

From a full new kitchen to swapping a tired set of cabinets, we make storage that looks intentional because it is.

Straight talk on cost

What shapes the price of kitchen cabinetry

Cabinetry ranges widely by material and detail. Here is what actually moves the estimate.

01

Custom vs. semi-custom

Fully bespoke boxes cost more than a semi-custom line sized to your walls — both beat stock for fit.

02

Number of cabinets

The linear footage of run, plus tall pantries and islands, is the biggest driver.

03

Material & finish

Wood species, painted versus stained, and specialty finishes each shift the number.

04

Interior organizers

Pull-outs, dividers, trash systems, and interior lighting add up by the piece.

05

Hardware selections

Soft-close is standard; specialty hinges, lifts, and decorative hardware are yours to choose.

No surprises

Good questions

Kitchen cabinetry, answered

The things homeowners ask us most. Have another? Just ask — we'll give you a straight answer.

Custom or semi-custom — which is right for me?

Semi-custom starts from standard sizes but is modified and finished to your specs — a smart balance of fit and budget. Fully custom is drawn and built entirely to your dimensions. We recommend the right one for your kitchen and budget.

Can I replace cabinets without a full remodel?

Yes. If your layout works, we can design and install new cabinetry on its own. If you want new counters too, our stone shop templates them to the new boxes.

How long does kitchen cabinetry take?

Most run about 4–8 weeks from approved design to install, depending on finish and scope. Design and selections happen before the shop starts.

Do you install, or just build?

Both. Our own crew installs — scribed to the walls, plumb and level, with trim and toe-kicks that make it look built-in.

Painted or stained — which holds up better in a kitchen?

Both hold up well when finished right. Painted gives a clean, updatable look; stained shows the wood and hides wear a little more. We will walk you through it with real samples.
