Whole-home renovation, managed end to end.
A top-to-bottom transformation with one team, one schedule, and one accountable point of contact. Design, in-house stone, and our own build crew — so nothing falls between the trades.
One company for every room, one price for the whole job.
A whole-home renovation is really a dozen projects that have to move as one — kitchen, baths, floors, paint, lighting, sometimes walls and structure. The moment those are split across five contractors, the finger-pointing starts and the schedule slips.
We keep it under one roof. One designer plans it, one crew builds it, and our own stone shop supplies the surfaces. You get a single detailed price and a single person accountable from demolition to the final walkthrough — and cameras so you can watch it happen from anywhere.
It is the biggest thing we do, and the one where being one company instead of five matters most.
— Lucas, Deluxe Art Group
One team for the whole home
A full renovation touches nearly every trade. Here is what we coordinate so you manage one company instead of a job site full of subs.
Kitchens
The heart of the remodel — new layout, cabinetry, and stone counters, planned to open up how the whole home lives.
Bathrooms
Primary and guest baths waterproofed and finished right, with showers, vanities, and stone tops from our own shop.
Open-concept layouts
Removing walls, reworking flow, and opening sightlines — with the structural engineering handled as part of the job.
Flooring throughout
One consistent floor that ties the house together, transitioned cleanly room to room.
Paint & finish carpentry
Trim, crown, doors, and a whole-home paint palette that makes every room feel part of the same house.
Lighting & electrical
Recessed lighting, new circuits, and switching planned room by room — permitted and to code.
Built-ins & storage
Custom millwork, closets, pantries, and built-ins that use every corner of the home.
Structural & exterior
Load-bearing changes, additions, and exterior work when the plan calls for more than a refresh.
A phased plan, zero surprises
Big projects need a calm sequence. We phase the work so the house progresses in a logical order and you always know what is next.
Plan the whole house
A free consultation to understand how you want to live in every room. We map priorities, phasing, and a realistic scope before anything is drawn.
Design & engineer
Full drawings, structural engineering where walls move, selections for every room, and 3D renders so you can walk the finished house first.
One fixed price
A single detailed, line-item estimate covering the whole project — not a stack of separate contractor bids. Permits pulled, schedule set.
Build it in phases
Our crew works the house in a planned sequence while our stone shop supplies surfaces on time. Site sealed and cleaned daily, cameras on throughout.
Hand it over
A final clean, a full punch-list walkthrough, and a care guide for every new surface. Our satisfaction guarantee covers the whole home.
Every room, one standard
A whole-home renovation lets us bring one consistent level of finish to the entire house — no room left feeling like an afterthought.
Living & great rooms
Open layouts, built-ins, fireplaces, and lighting that make the main space the center of the home.
Primary suites
Bedrooms, walk-in closets, and spa baths designed together as one private retreat.
Whole-home systems
Flooring, paint, lighting, and trim carried consistently through every room for a finished, cohesive house.
A look at the details
Real whole-home projects across Myrtle Beach, Surfside, Pawleys Island and the wider Grand Strand. We document the work — never stock photos.
What shapes the price of a whole home
No two houses are alike, so we will not publish a number that will not hold. Here is what actually moves a whole-home estimate.
Square footage & rooms
How much of the house is in scope and how many kitchens and baths are involved is the biggest driver.
Structural changes
Removing load-bearing walls, moving stairs, or reworking the roofline adds engineering and framing.
Level of finish
Custom cabinetry, natural stone, and high-end fixtures across many rooms add up quickly versus builder-grade.
Systems & code
Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC upgrades — plus anything an older home surfaces once walls are open.
Phasing & timeline
Living in the home during the work or phasing around a rental season can affect sequencing and cost.

A whole home is too big to guess online. We will walk the house, plan the phasing, and price every room line by line — one figure you approve, and one team accountable for all of it.

Whole-home renovation, answered
The things homeowners ask us most before they start. Have another? Just ask — we'll give you a straight answer.
Can I live in the house during the renovation?
Sometimes, if we can phase the work so livable areas stay sealed off from the active zone. For larger projects many clients move out for part of it. We will build a phasing plan around your situation.
How long does a whole-home renovation take?
Most run 2–5 months on site, depending on square footage, structural work, and selections. Design and permitting happen before that. We give you a realistic schedule before demolition, not a hopeful one.
Is it really one price, not separate contractor bids?
Yes. You get one detailed, line-item estimate covering the whole project. One company, one contract, one number you approve — no juggling five bids that do not add up.
Do you handle structural and engineering work?
We do. Removing walls, additions, and roofline changes are managed as part of the project, with licensed engineering where it is required and permits pulled.
We are out of town — can you still manage it?
Often. Many whole-home clients are second-home and rental owners. Live cameras and daily updates let you follow the entire house from anywhere, and we can turn it around rental-ready.
Where do we start?
A free consultation. We walk the house, learn your priorities and budget, and map a realistic scope and phasing plan before anything is drawn or promised.
