Painting & finish carpentry, the part everyone sees.
Trim, crown, doors, and paint — the finish work that separates "renovated" from "done right." Clean lines, smooth walls, and details that make a room feel truly complete.
A remodel is judged on the details you finish it with.
You can build a room perfectly and still have it feel unfinished — gaps at the trim, wavy caulk lines, a paint job that shows every roller mark. The finish work is the last thing done and the first thing noticed, and it is where care shows or doesn't.
Our crew treats trim and paint as craft, not cleanup. Tight miters, caulked seams, sanded-smooth walls, and crisp cut lines — the small things that make cabinetry, doors, and casework look intentional. Because the same team does the build, the finish matches the work behind it.
It is the ten percent that makes the other ninety look right.

Finish work we handle
The trim and paint that complete a room, done as carefully as the build behind it.
Interior painting
Walls, ceilings, and trim prepped, primed, and painted with crisp lines and an even, roller-mark-free finish.
Crown & baseboards
Crown molding, baseboards, and chair rail cut tight and coped at the corners for a seamless look.
Doors & casing
Interior doors hung true and cased clean, with hardware set and gaps consistent.
Cabinet & built-in finishing
Trim-out, light rail, and touch-ups that make cabinetry and built-ins look factory-finished.
Wainscoting & accents
Board-and-batten, wainscoting, and accent walls that add character where a room needs it.
Caulk, patch & prep
The unglamorous prep — filling, sanding, and caulking — that decides whether the finish looks sharp.
Four steps, sharp lines
Finish work is all prep and patience. Here is how we get the clean result.
Choose colors & trim
We help you land paint colors, sheens, and trim profiles that suit the room, with real samples so nothing surprises you on the wall.
Prep the surfaces
Patch, sand, caulk, and prime — protecting floors and furniture — so paint and trim have a clean, flat base.
Trim & paint
Trim cut tight and installed, then walls, ceilings, and casework painted with crisp cut lines and even coats.
Walk & touch up
We walk the room with you in good light, hit every touch-up, and clean up so the space is ready to use.
A look at the details
Real rooms across Myrtle Beach, Surfside, Pawleys Island and the wider Grand Strand. We document the work — never stock photos.
What shapes the price of finish work
Painting and trim range by scope and detail. Here is what actually moves the estimate.
Area & number of rooms
Square footage of walls and ceilings, and how many rooms, is the biggest driver.
Trim & millwork detail
Crown, wainscoting, and coffered detail take more skilled labor than baseboard alone.
Surface condition
Heavy patching, wallpaper removal, or repairing damaged trim adds prep time.
Number of colors & sheens
Multiple colors, accent walls, and specialty finishes add cut-in and coats.
Doors & hardware
New doors, casing, and hardware sets add by the opening.

Painting & finish carpentry, answered
The things homeowners ask us most. Have another? Just ask — we'll give you a straight answer.
Do you do painting on its own, or only with a remodel?
Both. Painting and finish carpentry are part of every remodel we do, but we also take on standalone painting, trim, and accent-wall projects.
How do you keep paint lines crisp?
Prep. We patch, sand, caulk, and prime first, then cut in by hand with quality materials. The clean line comes from the preparation, not just the brush.
Can you match an existing paint color or trim?
Usually. We can color-match existing paint closely and match trim profiles so new work blends with the old. Aged finishes we will be honest about.
Do you protect my floors and furniture?
Always. We mask and cover floors, furniture, and fixtures, control dust, and clean up daily. Finish work is tidy work.
How long does it take?
A single room is often a few days; a whole-home repaint with trim runs longer. We give you a real schedule up front based on the scope.
