One Group · Four Divisions

New builds and additions, engineered and built.

Deluxe Art Homes is the structural arm of the group. Ground-up homes, additions, second stories, decks, and outdoor kitchens — we handle the engineering, design, and the build as one project, so the structure is sound and the finish is seamless.

The structural division

When the project means new structure, this is the team.

Some projects are not a remodel — they are more house. A ground-up build, a second story, an addition that ties into the existing home. That work needs engineering, foundations, and framing done right, because everything else is standing on it.

Deluxe Art Homes handles the structural side as one project: feasibility, architectural drawings, engineering, permitting, and the build. Because it lives under the same roof as our design, stone, and finish crews, the new structure gets the same level of finish as the rest of the house — no addition that looks bolted on, no build that feels like a shell.

From the foundation to the last coat of paint, one team owns it.

Good questions

Deluxe Art Homes, answered

The things homeowners ask us most. Have another? Just ask — we'll give you a straight answer.

Do you handle engineering and permits?

Yes. Structural engineering, architectural drawings, permitting, and zoning are all part of the project. Structural work changes how your home carries load, so this is never a step we cut corners on.

Do you build new homes, or only additions?

Both. Deluxe Art Homes builds ground-up custom homes as well as additions, second stories, and outdoor structures. The same team engineers and builds either way.

Can you match an addition to my existing house?

That is the goal. We blend rooflines, siding, windows, and finishes so new space reads as original — the same group crews finish it that finish the rest of the home.

How long does structural work take?

Additions typically run 2–5 months on site; new homes longer. Design, engineering, and permitting happen before that. We give you a realistic schedule up front, not an optimistic one.

Should I add up or add out?

It depends on your lot and foundation. Adding out needs room on the lot; adding up needs the existing structure reinforced. We assess feasibility and walk you through the trade-offs before anything is drawn.

Where do we start?

A free consultation and a feasibility review. We look at your lot, your home, and what you want to build before promising anything.

Structural work on the Grand Strand

A few notes from homeowners who needed more house.

★★★★★

You genuinely cannot tell where the house ends and the addition begins. The rooflines and siding match perfectly.
