Do I need to know exactly what I want first?
Not at all. Many people arrive with a photo and a rough idea. The designer's job is to help you shape it — layout, materials, and budget — into a plan you feel confident about.
What is the 3D render?
A realistic model of your finished kitchen or bath that you can walk through before anything is built. It is the surest way to know a layout and material combination is right before you commit.
What happens after the design is done?
Your locked selections become a detailed, line-item estimate through Deluxe Art Homes, then Home Improvement and the stone shop build it. One team carries your design all the way through.
